Dick Tracy and B.O. Plenty knife with magnifier and whistle that is in excellent condition. It is an old knife made back in the 1940 - 50's by Camco, Pat. Pend. There is a check in the handle near the blade end as seen in the photo below and the knife is 3" closed. The whistle works!
