Gerber Miming chrome in a set of four that is
mint in the box. It is 8-3/8" overall with aluminum handle and
stainless steel blade. This is the S version of this knife. The box is mint
shrink wrapped and not opened. The Miming was sold as a steak knife. Gerber
sold these in sets and individually. The Miming has the same blade as the
Pixie but has a longer handle. They also made the Miming in high speed tool steel. The knife does not come with a sheath.
We used one opened box to make the photo below and it will be sold last.
The end of the gray cardboard display box is
marked Gerber Presentation Cutlery This is from the Gerber series of kitchen knives that are in the Museum of Modern Art design collection in New York City. We are happy to have this great group of
Gerber kitchen knives that came from old stock out of Lux Bond, Green &
Stevens Jewelers in Hartford, Connecticut. Lux Bond & Green is in a small
but valuable group, among the 'couture' jewelers in the U.S.A.
