Vintage and genuine old Keen Kutter, Simmons Hardware Company Invoice dated
Jan. 7, 1907. The invoice is made out to Stiles & Denison, English, Tex.,
and is for the following: parts for the model 1906 Winchester .22 rifle.

The paper invoice is an old item with the Keen Kutter St. Louis factory
in the background and the red Keen Kutter logo in front of the factory building. It has
the famous slogan: The recollection of quality remains long after the price
is forgotten by E.C. Simmons. It lists the Board of Directors: W.D. Simmons,
President; E.C. Simmons, Chairman of the Board; six Vice presidents; and then
Treasurer and Secretary. The invoice is in good condition with a small chip
missing in the upper corners on both sides, and it has been folded at the bottom
1/3 of the page and there are two tares about 1/2" wide, one on each side.
It is in a page protector, and is almost 100 years old. If you are a Keen Kutter
collector and you don't have one of the old invoice's, you need this, it is way
cool!
